Under the terms of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 some criminal convictions become "spent" after a specified period of time and it is not necessary to declare those convictions on our employment application forms. However as some of our positions involve contact with children and young people all criminal convictions, cautions, warnings or reprimands must be declared on employment applications. If YES you must declare only those convictions, cautions, warnings or reprimands which are not spent. This will not affect your application where not relevant. All information given is completely confidential.

Certain roles will require contact with children and young people. A condition of these will require you to obtain a CRB disclosure which will be administered by British Cycling free of charge. Please tick the box if you ARE NOT prepared to undergo this check.
