Volunteer Application Form

Volunteers will be required in various roles for event set-up (Tuesday 23 & Wednesday 24 February), official training days (Thursday 25 February – Tuesday 1 March), competition days (Wednesday 2 March – Sunday 6 March) and event breakdown (Monday 7 March).
Please indicate your shift availability below, stating your preference for an early or late shift if applicable.

Under the terms of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 some criminal convictions become "spent" after a specified period of time and it is not necessary to declare those convictions on our volunteer application forms. However as some of our positions involve contact with children and young people all criminal convictions, cautions, warnings or reprimands must be declared on volunteer applications. If YES you must declare only those convictions, cautions, warnings or reprimands which are not spent. This will not affect your application where not relevant. All information given is completely confidential.

British Cycling will retain your data and may contact you about volunteering opportunities at other major events. Please tick box if you do not wish to be contacted.
